Our custom hat bar-on-wheels, lovingly known as The Hatty Wagon, is where the magic happens. Whether you're feeling full-on cowgirl, boho glam, or somewhere in between, we’re all about helping you build a hat that tells your story—feathers, fringe, flair and all.

J.C. Hall, Chief Brim Officer & Hat Stylest-in-Chief
Since childhood, you’d be hard-pressed to find J.C. Hall without something on her head. Whether it was a Burger King crown worn like royalty or her grandmother’s shower cap proudly paraded around the house, hats have always been part of her story. That early love of headwear never faded—it just got a whole lot more custom.
After 14 fast-paced years producing breaking news and major events for a national news network in the heart of New York City, and another decade navigating the structured world of politics in Washington, DC, J.C. traded in her corporate heels for cowboy boots—and never looked back.
Now proudly known as our Chief Brim Officer and Hat Stylist-in-Chief—and a certified Hat Master—J.C. brings a unique blend of big-city grit and country soul to every custom creation. Though her career led her through newsrooms, boardrooms, and briefing rooms, something always called her back to creativity, glitter, and the joy of making something by hand.
Bespoke Brims was born from that calling. It’s where artistry meets authenticity—where each hat is shaped with care, styled with purpose, and finished with flair. From feathers and bands to branding and burn work, J.C.'s custom brims are as individual as the people who wear them.

Jason Hall, Chief Operations Wrangler & Hat Stylist
By day, Jason is a skilled electrician—someone who knows how to keep the lights on and the power flowing. But when the Hatty Wagon rolls out and the hats come off the rack, Jason trades his tool belt for a hat steamer and steps into his role as Bespoke Brims’ Chief Operations Wrangler and Certified Hat Master.
Jason is the steady hand behind the scenes and the guy who quite literally keeps the wheels turning. From maintaining the Hatty Wagon to solving the inevitable “on the road” hiccups that come with a traveling hat bar, he’s the one making sure everything runs smoothly before the first brim is shaped.
But Jason isn’t just the man keeping the operation running—he’s right there beside J.C. crafting hats as well. As a certified Hat Master, he works alongside her shaping brims, branding leather, and helping guests create hats that are truly one-of-a-kind. His attention to detail and love of craftsmanship bring the same care to every hat that he brings to everything he builds.
Most importantly, Jason is J.C.’s partner in every sense of the word—her husband, her biggest supporter, and the calm counterbalance to her creative spark. Together they built Bespoke Brims as a shared venture that blends creativity, craftsmanship, and a little western spirit.
When you visit the Hatty Wagon, you’ll likely find Jason right there in the mix—shaping hats, adjusting a brim, keeping the generator humming, and making sure the entire experience runs as smoothly as a perfectly shaped crown.
